Candidate Background: -Overall 6-10 years of high end luxury products of sales experience in which 3-4 years preferably from Real Estate background.
Self - disciplined, street smart, with excellent time management skills, and flexible in order to achieve results.
Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds including HNI clients.
A motivational team-leader focused on managing, coaching and developing the Sales team to achieve their full potential.

Skill Sets required: Proven leadership skills, People management skills, creativity and positive attitude
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven and team-oriented environment.

Excellent Communication Skills, Conveyance Compulsory
